We accept returns only for defective or damaged products received. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
Custom-printed or specially ordered bags cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please confirm all custom details before placing such orders.
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.
If the wrong item or size is delivered, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost after verifying the issue.
